House Rules
NO SMOKING in the house. It will be a $1000 cleaning fee for smoking inside the house.
Unauthorized late check out will incur a fee of the current daily rate.
Do not discard of anything in the toilet other then what needs to be.
Do not close a/c vents, just adjust temperature through thermostat.
Make sure to pull out the bbq grill from patio to the outside if going to be used.
Close outdoor lights when not in use.
Government issued identification is required prior to check in.
